Reservations & prepayment policy

Bookings, made through our website a1aruba.com or other channels are subject to approval and will only be considered confirmed once a reservation fee has been paid by the guest (prepayment)

The reservation fee is equal to the price of the booking for layovers and USD 100 for longer stays. Once a reservation is approved the client will be billed via paypal, we also have other payment options such as cash, wire transfer/ direct deposit of funds contact us for more information. We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances.

Rates, Discounts,

Layover rate is listed price plus 20%. We do offer discounts and special pricing for longer stays or group pricing so check with us what can be done in your particular case.

Taxes and Fees

A 18.5% charge will be added to your final bill. (9% Government Tax and Environmental Fee and a 9.5% VAT) Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival and will be refunded the reservation fee. The guest will be charged 100% of the reservation fee if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Children and extra bed policy

All children are welcome. Up to two children under 11 years are charged USD 20 per night when using existing beds. Extra adults are charged USD 20 per person using existing beds or sofa beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.


As a service to our guests we offer a pick up / drop off service from the airport for USD 20 per ride. If you would like to use this service we need your travel itinerary (Airline-Flight Number). Also ask about our in house rental car.
